Parameters

`owner`	string	—	Username or org name (omit for authenticated user's repos)
`sort`	created \| updated \| pushed \| full_name	—	Sort by (default: updated)
`per_page`	integer	—	Results per page (default 30, max 100)

How to use it

You normally trigger this by describing what you want in chat — the agent selects LIST_REPOS automatically. For example:

Direct call

For scripting, call it directly via POST /execute_tool. Every tool returns { success, message, data }.
