Parameters

`app_name`	string	yes	Application name (e.g. 'firefox', 'code', 'terminal')
`args`	array	—	Optional arguments to pass to the app (e.g. project folder path)

How to use it

You normally trigger this by describing what you want in chat — the agent selects OPEN_APP automatically. For example:

“use computer control to open …”

Direct call

For scripting, call it directly via POST /execute_tool. Every tool returns { success, message, data }.
