Parameters

`tag_name`	string	yes	Tag for the release (e.g. 'v1.0.0')
`name`	string	—	Release title
`body`	string	—	Release notes (markdown)
`draft`	boolean	—	Create as draft (default false)
`prerelease`	boolean	—	Mark as pre-release (default false)
`target`	string	—	Branch or commit to tag (default: default branch)

How to use it

You normally trigger this by describing what you want in chat — the agent selects CREATE_RELEASE automatically. For example:

Direct call

For scripting, call it directly via POST /execute_tool. Every tool returns { success, message, data }.
