Parameters

`direction`	up \| down	yes	Scroll direction
`amount`	integer	—	Number of scroll steps (default: 3)
`img_w`	number	—	Screenshot image width
`img_h`	number	—	Screenshot image height
`screen_w`	number	—	Real screen width
`screen_h`	number	—	Real screen height

How to use it

You normally trigger this by describing what you want in chat — the agent selects SCROLL_AT automatically. For example:

“use computer control to scroll …”

Direct call

For scripting, call it directly via POST /execute_tool. Every tool returns { success, message, data }.
