Parameters

`find`	string	yes	Text or regex pattern to find in filenames
`replace`	string	yes	Replacement text
`use_regex`	boolean	—	Treat 'find' as regex (default false)
`dry_run`	boolean	—	Preview changes without applying (default false)

How to use it

You normally trigger this by describing what you want in chat — the agent selects BULK_RENAME automatically. For example:

“use file manager to bulk …”

Direct call

For scripting, call it directly via POST /execute_tool. Every tool returns { success, message, data }.
