Crew War Room

The Crew War Room (Agent War Room) is a live view of MeghaOS's multi-agent teamwork. When a complex request is handled by several personas working together, this is where you watch them coordinate — who's doing what, who's delegating to whom, and how the task progresses.

The crew

Each member is a specialized role (persona), for example:

• Project Coordinator — breaks down the goal and delegates
• Senior Research Analyst — gathers information
• Data Analyst — processes and analyzes data
• Content Strategist — writes and shapes output
• Software Engineer — handles code tasks

Status at a glance

Every member shows a live state:

State	Meaning
IDLE	Awaiting task assignment
WORKING	Actively running its part
DELEGATING	Handing a sub-task to another member
COMPLETED	Finished its part
FAILED	Hit an error

Activity Log & Timeline

• The Activity Log is a running feed of what each member did and when.
• The Timeline shows the sequence of steps across the crew — useful for understanding how a result came together.
• Refresh updates the view.

When you'll see it

The War Room comes alive for requests that the Orchestrator assigns to multiple roles — research-then-analyze-then-write pipelines, for instance. For simple requests you won't need it; for big ones it makes the assistant's teamwork transparent instead of a black box.
